At WNC Mama Doula Care, I believe birth is magic!

This is YOUR birth, so my services are personalized for YOU. I support birth in all settings - hospital, birth center, and home. All birth is natural birth, and all birth is sacred. Whether you want a family-center Cesarean in the hospital with an OB/Gyn or an unmedicated delivery at home with a midwife, I am prepared to help you have the most positive experience possible.

Birth Doula Package

Prenatal Visits

One visit in the late second trimester and another at 35-36 weeks

Labor Support

I will provide support for you and your birth team for up to 12 hours. I may be available for more time depending on the situation.

Phone/Email/Text Support

Feel free to reach out with any questions that come up after prenatal visits or at any point in your pregnancy and initial postpartum period.

Immediate Postpartum Support

I stay for the "golden hour" to support your family in the immediate transition period.

24/7 Call

I will be on call for 24/7 from 37 weeks - 42 weeks of pregnancy. I may be available outside of this time frame, but this is the time period I commit to.

Postpartum Visit

I visit you within 2 weeks of delivery to check in and process the birth experience.
